Description
Wooden Wildlife was created by Stewart Smith. A former pupil of Fortrose Academy in the Highlands of Scotland, Stewart’s initial aim was to raise money to go on a biology conservation expedition to Croatia. With a thumbs up from Louise Wyllie, Stewart set to work making heaps of these wee guys, selling them locally around the Black Isle and paying for what was the trip of a lifetime. Now, at 19 years old, Stewart studies Veterinary Bioscience at Glasgow University and continues to make robins and other wooden wildlife to fund his studies.
